Frequently asked questions
Our practice is built on a foundation of personalized care and a deep understanding of what families need. We believe in open communication and making healthcare accessible. Below, you'll find answers to common questions, reflecting our commitment to quality, integrity, and your child's health.
How can we reach you with health questions or for well visits?
We are available by phone and text 24/7 for any health questions or concerns you may have. Well visits are scheduled daily, and we also offer Saturday availability to accommodate busy family schedules.
What should we expect regarding appointments, paperwork, and our child's visit?
We strive to make your visit as smooth as possible. Universal Health Forms can be completed electronically via email request, and any additional forms can be finalized in person or by mail, always free of charge. Newborns are seen monthly for the first six months, then periodically according to the American Academy of Pediatrics schedule. Our comprehensive visits include a Nutritional and Developmental Assessment, a thorough Physical Examination, and Anticipatory Guidance for the entire family. All your child's health records are securely accessible through our Patient Portal. Should your child need specialized care, we have a vast network for referrals.
When should we contact you for urgent concerns versus going to an emergency room?
We strongly encourage all our patients to contact us first before heading to a local Emergency Department or Urgent Care facility. Many common issues can be effectively managed over the phone or addressed through an after-hours office visit, saving you time and stress.
What makes PrimeTime Pediatrics unique compared to other practices?
PrimeTime Pediatrics stands out as a small, family-oriented practice. Dr. Speesler is our dedicated solo care provider, and his wife, Barbara, manages the office, ensuring a personal touch. We pride ourselves in getting to know every one of our patients intimately. We are honored to care for many second-generation families, a testament to the lasting relationships we build within our community.
